Have you managed to get back into your routine or have you changed things?
Some people try to make changes at the start of January and then feel overwhelmed. Try not to do this you are only putting pressure on yourself, if you are eating healthy, drinking water, and moving every day you are onto a winner.
How often do you weigh yourself? For me it is now and again as I go with how tight my clothes are feeling. If I do weigh, I also measure areas of my body i.e., stomach, hips, thighs so I can record my inch loss.
January is such a hard month so try and stay focused and positive. Have you noticed it is getting lighter in the mornings and going darker later in the evenings which is a positive? It doesn’t help with it being cold and people may not have
much money after Christmas. Try and plan things, i.e., catching up with friends, trying a new restaurant or a place to visit.
I like getting back into a routine it helps me focus and plan things.
