Good morning,
Do you struggle with Sunday night/Monday morning? I don't know about you but on a Sunday/Monday I start thinking about all the things ahead of me that week and it can be completely overwhelming.
It's odd as well that the thing I'm most dreading is also the thing that I enjoy. Do you find that too? It can be as simple as me going to teach a new class somewhere I have not been to before and I worry about the drive there and will my class
be okay but then when I've done it I'm on such a high. There's probably a psychological name for it. I just call it feeling the fear and doing it anyway.
Like most of us I am busy so I like to make lists to keep me grounded and I get a real sense of satisfaction when I tick the items off. Do you make lists?
