Good afternoon,
I hope you have had an enjoyable weekend. I have spent the final weekend of my sisters 3 week stay with the family before they head off back to Oz on Thursday.
It has flown by. It has been wonderful having them over.
There will be no classes Thursday 2nd June as it is a bank holiday. Whatever you have planned have a lovely time. I am off to Stow on the Wold for a few days so there will be no newsletter on Friday.
Tomorrow is the start of a new month so what does that mean to you. Will you be setting any goals or challenges for the
month?
Below are some ideas. Why not try at least one of them?
1. Start to meal plan....planning is so important...make a plan each week and try to stick to it....this helps with food wastage as well.
2. Are you drinking enough water....treat yourself to a new water bottle and aim for 2 litres a day.
3. Aiming for 2/3 meals a day is a great idea......reducing snacking where you can.
4. Try some new exercise....try a new class...walking.....anything that gets you moving.
5. Get to bed at a decent time.
6. Journaling - take 5 minutes in the evening and first thing in the morning and journal. Download whatever is on your mind and write it all out. No one will see this only you and it helps clear your mind before bed and gives you clarity and focus in the morning.
7. Time Management. Your time is golden. Get clear with your goals, your aims, your to do list and go after it. Take little steps every day. Consistency = results.

Fitness weekend - we still have places available for our annual fitness weekend. A deposit of £50 is required. The date is Friday 18th to Sunday 20th November 2022 at the Inn on the Prom Hotel – Lytham St Annes.
The price for the weekend is a single room £290.00 and a twin/double room £250.00. This is for bed, breakfast and evening meal plus our fitness classes. There is a swimming pool, fitness rooms, jacuzzi, Nordic sauna, snooker room and the beach is across the road
