My tip today is..... warm weather
My tip today is……with the weather becoming warmer over the weekend and continuing into next week here are some tips for coping in the heat if you are coming to
class.
1. Stay hydrated....we lose more water when we are hotter so even more important to keep drinking your water, 2-3 litres a day is the
aim!
2. Wear loose comfy clothing.
3. Modify your workout to suit you, maybe think about taking a lower impact version of a move if you are feeling too warm, you must go at your
pace.
4. Choose the cooler times of the day to workout.....my online class members do my recorded classes when it suits
them.
5. If you are coming along to my face-to-face classes next week then I will be modifying and giving regular water breaks. The doors will be open to keep the
room cool.
