Tip of the day......feeling overwhelmed
Do you struggle with Sunday night/Monday morning? I don't know about you but on a Sunday night I start thinking about all the things ahead of me that week and it can be completely overwhelming.
It's odd as well that the thing I'm most dreading is also the thing that I enjoy. Do you find that too? For example it is our fitness weekend starting Friday and it has been three
years since the last one. I am looking forward to it but I am also worrying about it as well and I bet when the weekend is over I will be on such a high. There's probably a psychological name for it. I just call it feeling the fear and doing it anyway.
Like most of us I am busy so I like to make lists to keep me grounded and I get a real sense of satisfaction when I tick the items off. Do you make lists?
