I hope you have had a lovely weekend and are ready for a new week and a brand new month, where did September go!
Hello October.
We are at the start of a new month so what does that mean to you. Will you be setting any goals or challenges for the month?
Below are some ideas. Why not try at least one of them?
1. Start to meal plan....planning is so important...make a plan each week and try to stick to it....this helps with food
wastage as well.
2. Are you drinking enough water....treat yourself to a new water bottle and aim for 2 litres a day.
3. Aiming for 2/3 meals a day is a great idea......reducing snacking where you can.
4. Try some new exercise....try a new class...walking.....anything that gets you
moving.
5. Get to bed at a decent time.
6. Journaling - take 5
minutes in the evening and first thing in the morning and journal. Download whatever is on your mind and write it all out. No one will see this only you and it helps clear your mind before bed and gives you clarity and focus in the morning.
7. Time Management. Your
time is golden. Get clear with your goals, your aims, your to do list and go after it. Take little steps every day. Consistency = results.

Yoga cover
with Ali Horton - I have asked Ali if she would like to teach our Yoga class permanently. Ali has enjoyed covering the classes but due to other commitments cannot confirm yet. However, I am pleased to say that Ali has said she is happy to continue on a weekly basis and if for whatever reason she cannot do it I will teach Pilates. I hope that is okay with everyone. Thursday 13th October - last week I mentioned to my clients who attend the classes below that we will be trying the
Fiveways pub. The date is 13/10/22, Keep Fit 9.30 am and Pilates 10.25 am in the conservatory. Entrance at the front of the pub. Address is Macclesfield Road, Hazel Grove, Stockport, SK7 6BE. The pub has a carpark and it is free.

Fitness weekend, The Inn on the Prom Hotel,
Lytham St Annes, Friday 18th to Sunday 20th November
The price for the weekend is a single room £290.00 and a twin/double room £250.00. This is for bed, breakfast and evening meal plus our fitness
classes. There is a swimming pool, fitness rooms, jacuzzi, Nordic sauna, snooker room and the beach is across the road
