I hope you had a good weekend, feeling okay and ready for a good week.
Here are some tips to help you during the week. - Eat healthy meals, proper food, minimal sugar
- Drink water.....aim for 2-3 litres a day if you can. This can include herbal
tea.
- No alcohol try and have an evening without any
- Do a workout. It might be a walk/run or a fitness class
- Try and go to bed early and no phone
