I hope you had a lovely weekend, feeling okay and ready for a good week.
Ali is on holiday today but Caroline will cover tonights Yoga class.
Wow we are now into April and at the start of a new month so what does that mean to you. Will you be setting any goals or challenges for the month?
Below
are some ideas. Why not try at least one of them?
1. Start to meal plan....planning is so important...make a plan each week and try to stick to it....this helps with food wastage as well.
2. Are you drinking enough water....treat yourself to a new water bottle and aim for 2 litres a day.
3. Aiming for 2/3 meals a day is a great
idea......reducing snacking where you can.
4. Try some new exercise....try a new class...walking.....anything that gets you moving.
5. Get to bed at a decent time.
6. Journaling - take 5 minutes in the evening and first thing in the morning and journal. Download whatever is on your mind and write it all
out. No one will see this only you and it helps clear your mind before bed and gives you clarity and focus in the morning.
7. Time Management. Your time is golden. Get clear with your goals, your aims, your to do list and go after it. Take little steps every day.
Consistency = results.

are recordings in guides if you want to do a workout.
Monday 10th April - is a bank holiday so there will be no classes.
Monday 1st May - bank
holiday.

Ali - Monday 19th June and Monday 17th July.
Paula - week commencing Monday 17th July, all week.
Paula - Wednesday 23rd August to Wednesday 30th August inclusive. Classes return Thursday 31st August.
