Good morning,
I hope you had a lovely Easter, although it does seem a long time ago.
Sorry for the late newsletter. I am now working 3 days a week instead of 2 and I am trying to get into my new routine. The good news is I am working from home the additional day which makes things easier with running my fitness business which will carry on as
normal.
Let me know if you enjoyed Caroline teaching Yoga when Ali was off as I will add her to my Yoga cover list.
Caroline mentioned Yin Yoga and I am looking at putting on a Yin Yoga class on Sunday 21st May, 4 pm for one hour, at Hazel Grove Bowling and Tennis Club. If you have a silver or bronze membership the price will be £7.00 and non members £8.00. Let me know if you are interested
by email info@keepfitwithpaula.co.uk or text 07986290088. If we have enough people I will let you know next week
and I will add the booking to Gymcatch.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a slow-paced style of Yoga, where postures are held for between three and five minutes.
The benefits of
Yin Yoga
- Reduces stress and anxiety.
- Helps to promote mindfulness.
- Improves joint mobility.
- Improves flexibility.
- Elongates and stretches tight
muscles.
- Can promote feelings of deep calm.
It’s also a surprisingly meditative practice that teaches you to overcome discomfort through breath and positive thinking, reducing
stress and anxiety.
