There has been a date change to the Yin Yoga class. If you are interested can you let me know if you would like a class on Sunday 4th June, 4 pm for one hour, at Hazel Grove Bowling and Tennis Club. If you have a silver or bronze membership the price will be £7.00 and non members £8.00. Let me know if you are

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a slow-paced style of Yoga, where postures are held for between three and five minutes.
The benefits of
Yin Yoga

It’s also a surprisingly meditative practice that teaches you to overcome discomfort through breath and positive thinking, reducing stress and anxiety.
Ladies who like to lunch - our next lunch date is Thursday 4th May, O'Hares, London Rd, Hazel Grove, 11.30 am. Please let me know if you will be attending. We normally have to pre-order food so I will bring a menu to class.
