Good morning,
I hope you are having a fabulous bank holiday weekend. There are no classes this evening. Back on Wednesday with Pilates.
Don't forget to book your fitness classes for May if you have a monthly membership. Also if you are booking a class as pay as you go please pay for your class as soon as you have booked with Gymcatch.
Hello May.
We are at the start of a new month so what does that mean to you. Will you be setting any goals or challenges for the
month?
Below are some ideas. Why not try at least one of them?
1. Start to meal plan....planning is so important...make a plan each week and try to stick to it....this helps with food wastage as well.
2. Are you drinking enough water....treat yourself to a new water bottle and aim for 2 litres a day.
3. Aiming for 2/3 meals a day is a great idea......reducing snacking where you can.
4. Try some new exercise....try a new class...walking.....anything that gets you moving.
5. Get to bed at a decent time.
6. Journaling - take 5 minutes in the evening and first thing in the morning and journal. Download whatever is on your mind and write it all out. No one will see this only you and it helps clear your mind before bed and gives you clarity and focus in the morning.
7. Time Management. Your time is golden. Get clear with your goals, your aims, your to do list and go after it. Take little steps every day. Consistency = results.
