On Sunday why not try and recharge, both physically and mentallyready for the week ahead.

Here's your self-care checklist to recharge your body and mind.

Take a warm bath

A warm bath not only helps relieve muscle tension, but studies have shown that it can lower stress levels, as immersing yourself in warm water calms the nervous system.

Stretch

Stretching helps increase blood flow, eases muscle tension and can also reduce stress. Take 5-10 minutes out of your day to stretch.

Get those nutrients

Diet has a huge impact on how you feel. Eating a balanced diet is crucial to good health, but if you're in need of an energy boost, try adding more iron and vitamin B12. These two nutrients support energy production as well as cognitive function.

Meditation

Meditation can help relax both your body and mind.

Do something you enjoy

The never-ending to-do list can wait today. Instead, spend the time doing something you enjoy.
