I hope you have had a lovely weekend. I had a wonderful holiday in Portugal and arrived home on Friday and it hasn't stopped raining what's going on.

Update Torkington Centre - I have not received any news but will contact the council this week for an update.

Classes are back to normal this week.

Monday 31st July - Apologies, I am going in hospital so there will be no Dance class. Yoga will be on as normal.

Monday 7th August - Marple Senior Citizens Hall, SK6 6BA. 

Thursday 10th August - Hazel Grove Bowling & Tennis Club.

Monday 14th August - Marple Senior Citizens Hall, SK6 6BA. Dance only.

Friday 17th to Sunday 19th November 2023. 24 places have gone already, only a couple left. If you would like to attend our fitness weekend a £50 deposit is required.  Please find below details of the weekend and our itinerary.
