I hope you have had a lovely weekend. 

The only news I have re the Torkington Centre is that the engineer was going in last Thursday but I have not heard anything.  As soon as I hear I will let you know. 

Classes this week as follows:-

Monday 12th June - Marple Senior Citizens Centre, Memorial Park, SK6 6BA. There is a car park and after 6 pm it is free and I believe you can park in Asda.

Thursday 15th June -  Hazel Grove Bowling & Tennis Club.

Monday 19th June - Fiveways for Dance as Ali is on holiday.

Pay as you go - please make sure as soon as you have booked a fitness class you make payment.

Retreat 

I would like your feedback whether you would be interested in a half day retreat in January on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon? It would include a couple of classes, gong bath, which is good for relaxation, meditation and stress reduction and food. Let me know your thoughts via email info@keepfitwithpaula.co.uk    

Holiday dates:

Ali - Monday 19th June and Monday 17th July.
Paula - week commencing Monday 17th July, all week.
Ali - Monday 14th August.
Paula - Wednesday 23rd August to Wednesday 30th August inclusive. Classes return Thursday 31st August.

Fitness Weekend, Inn on the Prom, Lytham St Annes
Friday 17th to Sunday 19th November 2023. 24 places have gone already, only a couple left. If you would like to attend our fitness weekend a £50 deposit is required.  Please find below details of the weekend and our itinerary.
