Torkington Centre - Fitness classes will be returning to the Torkington Centre tomorrow. Thursday 26th October fitness classes will be at Hazel Grove Bowling then returning the following week to the centre. The scaffolding is still up at the centre so can you enter the building via the fire exit nearest to the car park. 

Holiday dates:

Paula - Wednesday 25th October.
Ali - Monday 30th October.

Xmas Party - Saturday 2 December, 7.30 pm. Topkapi. A deposit of £10 needs to be paid as soon as possible. Please can you give me cash.

Fitness Weekend, Inn on the Prom, Lytham St Annes
Friday 17th to Sunday 19th November 2023. If you would like to attend our fitness weekend a £50 deposit is required.  Please find below details of the weekend and our itinerary.
