Good morning,
My tip today is..... getting
back into a routine.
Yesterday I returned to work after a week away in Skiathos with friends. I had a great time which of course involved food and alcohol. I managed some walks, reading and swimming, as well as lots of relaxing. It was lovely to have some ME time and not having to think about the boys. I did miss them ha ha.
One thing I haven’t done is jump onto the
scales. What I am doing is getting back into my normal routine of eating and exercise. After a week I may weigh myself, but I will also see how comfortable I feel in my clothes. I am hoping after a few days I won’t feel as bloated, and I will carry on with my healthy eating/exercise. I don’t feel guilty when I go away or worry about what I am eating/drinking because I know when I come back from a holiday or a weekend away, I will go back to my healthy lifestyle. Don’t ever feel guilty for
enjoying yourself.
I am planning my meals so I know what I am going to eat and choosing healthy snacks as well as drinking lots of water.
