Cancellation of classes - Apologies I have appointments at Wythenshawe hospital. Thursday 7th December 9.30 am Keep Fit and 10.25 am Pilates.
Please make sure you book your fitness classes for December.
Xmas Party - Thank you to everyone who came to the party at Topkapi. It was a fabulous night with lovely food.
Xmas lunch - Thursday 14th December, 1 pm, O'Hares. Can you let me know if you want a turkey barm or something from the menu. Christmas jumper optional.
Xmas Holiday - The last class is Thursday 21st December and we will return on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
We are at the start of another new month so what does that mean to
you.
Will you be setting any goals or challenges for the month?
Below are some ideas. Why not try at least one of them?
1. Start to meal plan....planning is so important...make a plan each week and try to stick to it....this helps with food wastage as well.
2. Are you drinking enough water....treat yourself to a new water bottle and aim for 2 litres a
day.
3. Aiming for 2/3 meals a day is a great idea......reducing snacking where you can.
4. Try some new exercise....try a new
class...walking.....anything that gets you moving.
5. Get to bed at a decent time.
6. Journaling - take 5 minutes in the evening
and first thing in the morning and journal. Download whatever is on your mind and write it all out. No one will see this only you and it helps clear your mind before bed and gives you clarity and focus in the morning.
7. Time Management. Your time is golden. Get clear with your goals, your aims,
your to do list and go after it. Take little steps every day. Consistency = results.
