Apologies but I am going to have to cancel the following classes as I have appointments at Wythenshawe hospital. 

Friday 10th November 8.30 am online.

Thursday 30th November 10.25 am Pilates.

Thursday 7th December 9.30 am Keep Fit and 10.25 am Pilates.

Xmas Holiday - The last class is Thursday 21st December and we will return on Wednesday 3rd January 2024. 

Xmas lunch - Thursday 14th December, 1 pm, venue to be confirmed. Christmas jumper optional.

Xmas Party - Saturday 2 December, 7.30 pm. Topkapi.
