We are half way through January. Are you getting back to normality, or finding it hard to get motivated, or are you still eating the chocolates etc left over from Christmas, ha ha.
It's great
to be back teaching and so many new faces as well in classes. Welcome to my new clients.
I haven't weighed myself but I know I have put on weight but I am back to my normal lifestyle eating healthy food, drinking lots of water and exercising. My aim is to get 10,000 steps each day as I am finding working in the office 3.5 days a week I am not
achieving that.
Try and not put too much pressure on yourself and make too many changes as you can feel overwhelmed.
January can be such a hard month so try and stay focused and positive. Have you noticed it is getting lighter in the
mornings and going darker later in the evenings which is a positive? It doesn’t help with it being wet or cold and people may not have much money after Christmas. Try and plan things, i.e., catching up with friends, trying a new restaurant or a place to visit.
