We are now into February. Are you getting back
into a healthier lifestyle? Do you have any goals or challenges set in February? I will continue with my 10,000 or more steps each day challenge. The good news is the mornings and nights are getting lighter so Spring will soon be here.
Here are some tips to try during the week.
Eat well
Drink water, 2 - 3 litres
No alcohol
Do a workout
Get an early night

Fitness Weekend - Apologies for the delay. Due to not being able to book our usual venue Karen and I have been looking at alternatives which has been extremely
challenging. Karen visited a number of hotels last week and we are putting a package together with the venue we have in mind so bear with us.
Holiday - I have booked a holiday so no classes from Monday 3rd June returning Monday
17th June.
Sound Bath Meditation - full
Not long to go until our first Sound Bath on the 15/2/24. If
you are interested in another one and didn't manage to book on let me know.
