I hope you enjoyed your bank holiday weekend. Classes are back from tomorrow starting with Pilates. 

I am away from Monday 3rd to the 16th June. First class back is dance on the 17th June.  Yoga will be running as normal whilst I am away but Ali is on holiday on the 17th June.

For those who are on silver membership you have access to lots of workouts under guides. On Thursday 6th and 13th June, 9.30 am you will have access to Fusion on the 6th and YogiCore on the 13th. Fitness presenter, Sam and I have done some swaps of our workouts. The classes are around 25 minutes. Fusion is a CARDIO + WEIGHTS + STRETCH = FUSION! You will get a full body, high energy workout. medium/high intensity, great for getting sweaty and building some strength, followed by a yummy stretch. 

Yoga + Pilates = YogiCore. This session is a wonderful full body workout, including a Yoga flow standing then moving to the floor and back up again.  Lunges, twists, standing crunches and core abdominal floor work make up this fun session!
