Tip 3 Choose kindness.
Research suggests that acts of giving and kindness can help improve your
mental wellbeing.
Tip 4 Take a walk in nature.
Spending time in nature reduces stress and calms the body, while exercise, even a gentle walk, can help reduce cortisol (the stress hormone).
Tip 5 Digital Detox.
A digital detox can improve your physical and mental
wellbeing, helping reduce stress, improve sleep quality and increase attention span.
Tip 6
5 minute meditation.
Meditation is a simple yet powerful practice that involves focusing your attention.
Tip 7
Seek connection.
Social interactions help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
