I hope you are all okay and had a lovely weekend. The weather has been great. It has been a while since I went walking so it was good to get out to Ladybower Reservoir and do an 11 mile walk.

All classes are back to normal this week.

Sound Bath Meditation  

Bookings are open for our next Sound Bath on Thursday 11th July, 7 - 8 pm, Marple Senior Citizens Association, Memorial Park, Marple, SK6 6BA. Price £15.00.

Bookings are via Gymcatch. This is a booking system ONLY not a payment system, so you do not have to provide your bank/credit card details. Payment will be made by bank transfer and I will provide my bank details once you have booked.

• Do a workout
• Get an early night

Dance Fitness Class - if anyone has any favourite songs they would like me to play in the class let me know and I will put a routine together.
