I hope you are all okay and had a lovely weekend. Sorry there was no newsletter last Friday I was on a First Aid Course all day.
New month - those on memberships can you please book your classes for July.
Pilates
Class venue change. The Torkington Centre is booked by someone else on Wednesday 24th July and Wednesday 23rd October. We are at Hazel Grove Bowling both evenings.
New month -
Hello July
We are at the start of another new month so what does that mean to you. Will you be setting any goals or challenges for the month?
Below are some ideas. Why not try at least one of
them?
1. Start to meal plan....planning is so important...make a plan each week and try to stick to it....this helps with food wastage as well.
2. Are you drinking enough water....treat yourself to a
new water bottle and aim for 2 litres a day.
3. Aiming for 2/3 meals a day is a great idea......reducing snacking where you can.
4. Try some new exercise....try a new class...walking.....anything that
gets you moving.
5. Get to bed at a decent time.
6. Journaling - take 5 minutes in the evening and first thing in the morning and journal. Download whatever is on your mind and write it all out.
No one will see this only you and it helps clear your mind before bed and gives you clarity and focus in the morning.
7. Time Management. Your time is golden. Get clear with your goals, your aims, your to do list and go after it. Take little steps every day. Consistency = results.
My challenge for the month is trying to do some walks. Since increasing my hours in the office I find I am spending the weekend catching up at home and not taking time out for me. I went for a walk last weekend to Ladybower Reservoir and I was so glad I had made the effort as it made me realise how much I have missed walking so fingers crossed I can keep it up.
