Tip of the day......New Month - Move more in March

Hello March,
 

March is a great time to refresh fitness, health, and well-being routines!
 

Here are some tips to help you stay motivated and feel your best:

1. Refresh Your Routine

• Try a new exercise or modify existing workouts to keep things engaging.
• Incorporate more outdoor activities as the weather improves—walking or jogging.

2. Focus on Core Strength & Flexibility

• Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core with focused Pilates exercises.
• Work on your mobility and flexibility to improve posture and prevent injuries.

3. Set Small, Achievable Goals

• Challenge yourself and set weekly goals—consistency over perfection!
• Examples: "This week, I'll do 3 workouts," or "I'll stretch for 10 minutes daily."

4. Spring Clean Nutrition

• Encourage adding more seasonal fruits and vegetables.
• Hydration is key— drink plenty of water, aim for 2 litres a day. Why not treat yourself to a new water bottle.

5. Mindset & Well-Being

• Try mindfulness, deep breathing, or meditation for stress management.  Pilates, Yoga and our Sound Baths are great for this.
• Prioritise recovery—sleep and rest days are just as important.

6. Get Social & Stay Accountable

• Bring a friend to class to stay motivated. Working out with friends keeps you motivated and it's more fun.
