Unfortunately, due to rising costs, I am increasing
my fitness prices on the 1st April 2025.
They are as follows:-
Silver Monthly Membership £40
Bronze Monthly Membership £30
Pay as you go
Yoga and
Pilates,1 hour £9.00, remains the same.
Over 50's Pilates, I am increasing the time of my Pilates class by 15 mins so the class will be 1 hour rather than 45 mins, 10.25 - 11.25 am and will be £9.00.
Over 50's Keep Fit and Dance Fitness, 45 mins £7.50, remains the same.
For those who are on membership please adjust your standing order starting on the 1st April.
You will need to complete a Health Screening Questionnaire from the 1st April, I can email or give you a copy in class. This is for insurance purposes. I will also be giving you a copy of my terms and conditions which will need
signing.
As always, thank you for being a valued client. I love teaching the classes and that is down to the people who attend.
