My dad has passed away. Dance is cancelled but Yoga will go ahead with Ali.  You are welcome to join her if you wish.  For those who have already paid for your class it will be transferred to the following week. For members you can access classes online.  I will keep you informed regarding Wednesday and Thursday.

Bookings are via Gymcatch. This is a booking system ONLY not a payment system, so you do not have to provide your bank/credit card details. Payment will be made by bank transfer and I will provide my bank details once you have booked. Once booked the course is not refundable.

You will need to arrive hydrated and on a light stomach to get the best from your sound bath.  Bring a yoga or any type of mat, pillow and blanket(s) for comfort.🥰
