Good evening,
I hope you are having a good bank holiday weekend.
No classes tomorrow evening with it being bank holiday.
New month - we are at the start of another new month so what does that mean to you. Will you be setting any goals or challenges for the month?
Below are some ideas. Why not try at least one of them?
1. Start to meal plan....planning is so important...make a plan each week and try to stick to it....this helps with food wastage as well.
2. Are you drinking
enough water....treat yourself to a new water bottle and aim for 2 litres a day.
3. Aiming for 2/3 meals a day is a great idea......reducing snacking where you can.
4. Try some new exercise....try a new class...walking.....anything that gets you moving.
5. Get to bed at a decent time.
6. Journaling - take 5 minutes in the evening and first thing in the morning and journal. Download whatever is on your mind and write it all out. No one will see this only you and it helps clear your mind before bed and gives you clarity and focus in the morning.
7. Time Management. Your time is golden. Get clear with your goals, your aims, your to do list and go after it. Take little steps every day. Consistency = results.
Lunch - our next lunch date is Thursday 22nd May, 11.45 am, at
Mee Thyme, London Road, Hazel Grove, on the corner of Vine Street. We have the room upstairs.
Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
