Hello everyone,
As the nights draw in and the air turns crisp, November invites us to slow down, stay grounded, and nurture both body and mind. It’s easy to let motivation slip as we head towards winter — but keeping up with gentle, consistent movement makes a world of difference to how we feel each
day.
In our classes this month, we’ll be focusing on:
✨ Balance and core strength – helping with stability and confidence in everyday movement.
🧘♀️ Mobility and posture – easing stiff
joints and keeping you supple as temperatures drop.
💖 Mindful movement – connecting breath and body to reduce stress and boost energy.
Remember, even a short session can lift your mood, warm your muscles, and keep you feeling positive through the darker days. Don't forget if you cannot
make it to class and you are a silver member you can do the workouts online.
🌟 November Wellbeing Tip
Take 10 minutes each day to stretch, breathe deeply, or go for a brisk walk outdoors. A little fresh air and movement do wonders for your immune system and mental wellbeing!
