Good morning,
Tip of the day.....What is Sound Bath Meditation?
I wanted to take a moment to talk about something that's brought incredible comfort and balance to so many, including me - Sound Bath Meditation. If you've ever felt a bit frazzled, had trouble sleeping, or simply needed a moment for yourself, Sound Baths could be just what you need to bring your body and mind back into harmony.
What is Sound Bath Meditation?
Sound Bath Meditation is an immersive experience guided by the gentle tones of crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. Rather than focusing on movement, you simply relax and let the sound waves soothe your entire system. It's ideal for releasing tension, calming the mind, and nurturing your emotional and physical health.
How can a Sound Bath help you?
- Relieves anxiety and stress: The vibrations help regulate the nervous system and release emotional blocks.
- Improves sleep: Many people report deeper, more restful sleep after a session.
- Supports mental clarity: The calming effects can bring a refreshed focus and help you let go of that mental clutter.
- Promotes overall well-being: A regular sound bath practice can help you feel more balanced, relaxed, and resilient—no matter what life throws your way.
Sessions are gentle and accessible for most, but as a precaution, they're not recommended for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy or those with a pacemaker.
Upcoming Sound Bath Meditation Sessions
Our Sound Bath Meditation is held monthly on a Thursday. The next sessions are on 6/11/25 and 4/12/25. Bookings are made through Gymcatch and payment is by bank transfer (I'll send details once you've booked—no card details needed on Gymcatch).
If you'd like to
take part, please arrive hydrated and eat only lightly beforehand. Bring a mat, pillow and blanket for comfort so you can fully surrender to the experience. 🥰🙏🏻
