Bank Holiday - there are no classes on Monday 6th Apil and I am on holiday Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th April.

New month - if you have a membership, please book your fitness classes for April.

You will need to complete a Health Screening Questionnaire. I can email or give you a copy in class. This is for insurance purposes.  I will also be giving you a copy of my terms and conditions which will need signing.

We would love you to join us and immerse into the beautiful depths of sound frequency and vibrations of the crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, drum and chimes to bring about deep healing and balance on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.

You will need to arrive hydrated and on a light stomach to get the best from your sound bath.  Bring a yoga or any type of mat, pillow and blanket(s) for comfort.🥰

🙏🏻Just a note not advisable for first trimester of pregnancy or anyone with a pacemaker.

Bookings are via Gymcatch. This is a booking system ONLY not a payment system, so you do not have to provide your bank/credit card details. Payment will be made by bank transfer.  I will provide my bank details once you have booked. Once booked the course is not refundable.  ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
