Holiday dates 

Bank holiday - Monday 25th May -  no dance class, but Ali is happy to teach at 6 pm that evening. If you are interested in attending please let me know and I can make a decision depending on numbers.

Ali - no Yoga, all Mondays, 11th May, 1st June, 24th August. There will be a date in July TBC.

Paula - w/c Monday 22 June, all week, w/c Monday 7th September, all week.

You will need to arrive hydrated and on a light stomach to get the best from your sound bath.  Bring a yoga or any type of mat, pillow and blanket(s) for comfort.🥰
