Classes are back on Wednesday with Pilates.

Holiday dates 

Ali - no Yoga, all Mondays, 1st June, 24th August. There will be a date in July TBC.

Paula - w/c Monday 22 June, all week, w/c Monday 7th September, all week.

Lunch date - Thursday 28th May, 11.45 am. Due to low numbers I have cancelled the above date. I will organise another date soon.

Sound Bath - Our next Sound Bath is Friday 12th June. Bookings are now open on Gymcatch.The rest of the dates for the year are below.

You will need to arrive hydrated and on a light stomach to get the best from your sound bath.  Bring a yoga or any type of mat, pillow and blanket(s) for comfort.🥰
