According to several interviews and wellness insiders, Princess Kate has made 2026 all about simple, sustainable routines—no quick fixes, just small habits layered together for lasting results! Here are some of her favourite pillars that I think you'll love (and can easily try for yourself):

meals: She emphasises eating without distractions. This means putting the phone away at lunchtime and focusing on what's on your plate. Try taking just a few breaths before your next meal - it really does help you feel satisfied and enjoy your food more!
- Daily movement: Nothing extreme, just regular Pilates, walks in the fresh air, or a gentle home workout. Consistency is her secret weapon, which I always say is more important than
intensity!
- Plenty of veggies (and yes, treats too!): Kate reportedly fills at least half her plate with vegetables at every meal, but she doesn't skip pudding -balance, not restriction.
- Hydration & herbal teas: Multiple cups of herbal tea throughout the day help her stay hydrated and mindful—a really grounding little ritual you can borrow on busy days.
