Bank Holiday - there are no classes on Monday 6th Apil and I am on holiday Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th April.

Lunch - Thursday 2nd April, venue to be confirmed. Please let me know if you are attending.

Unfortunately, due to rising costs, I am increasing my membership prices on the 1^st April 2026. Pay as you go classes and the Sound Bath will remain the same.

You will need to complete a Health Screening Questionnaire. I can email or give you a copy in class. This is for insurance purposes.  I will also be giving you a copy of my terms and conditions which will need signing.

You will need to arrive hydrated and on a light stomach to get the best from your sound bath.  Bring a yoga or any type of mat, pillow and blanket(s) for comfort.🥰

Bookings are via Gymcatch. This is a booking system ONLY not a payment system, so you do not have to provide your bank/credit card details. Payment will be made by bank transfer.  I will provide my bank details once you have booked. Once booked the course is not refundable.  ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
