3) What good carbs am I eating in this meal?

Stick to these 3 principles above for what goes on your
plate

Stick to 2 - 3 meals per day
Drink 2 -3 litres of water
Get 6-8 hours of sleep
Exercise 10 mins per day where you elevate your heart rate
