INTRODUCING A NEW PROGRAMME TUMMY TONE FOR SUMMER STARTING MONDAY 13 JUNE 2016

Good morning everyone, it'ssssssss Friday and an added bonus a Bank Holiday weekend? Whatever you are doing have a great time and enjoy. I have two programmes starting in June and have included a clean eating curry if you want to try over the weekend.  Have fun Love Paula x  
TUMMY TONE FOR SUMMER 

I am excited to be adding another fitness course to my timetable.

One of the most popular questions my clients ask is 'how do I get a flat tummy'? Which exercises are best for this? I agree we all want that toned, flat stomach but it won’t happen overnight. As well as getting the exercises right you might need to look at your nutrition as well. One exercise women say they do is sit ups. Noooooooooooooooooo sit ups is not the answer. Sit ups work only the muscles on the front and sides of your abdomen, but it's important to target all the muscles of the core to get more defined abs-including lower back, hips and upper thighs. You need to do core exercises ie the plank – this will help improve posture. You will improve strength in your core, upper and lower back.
