Tuesday 
HIIT 6.30 - 7 pm

Thursday

HIIT/Total Body Workout 9.30 - 10.15 am
Pilates 10.30 - 11.15 am

I would like to thank all my ladies who came to class during the week. To be honest I wasn't expecting many due to the sudden change but my classes were busy and it was business as usual.
