Have you every tried a frittata? It is an egg-based Italian dish similar to an omelette or crustless quiche, enriched with additional ingredients such as meats, cheeses or vegetables. The beauty of a frittata is you can add a variety of ingredients to it. You can have this hot or cold. I recommend to my clients as a breakfast dish instead of cereal as it keeps you fuller for longer but you can have
it at any other time of the day. It is healthier and you can take it to work if you don't have time to eat breakfast.
