WEDNESDAY TIP OF THE DAY - PREPARATION IS KEY

Good morning and welcome to my TIP OF THE DAY. 

Preparation is key.  I find the more organised I am then I don’t stray to the unhealthy options of food choices plus I know what I am eating, what I need to prepare, don’t overspend on my food budget and feel better mentally and physically.

So grab your tupperwares and get prepping !!!

Here are a few simple steps to ensure you have a super successful week.

1: When you shop try shopping online for ease and quickness. If you don’t shop online make sure you have a shopping list and STICK to it.

2: Plan your meals for the week.

3: Batch cook plenty and freeze so you have a plethora of meals ready to go and take with you to work/school etc. 

4: Is there a Farmers Market on in your area? Farmers Markets are the PERFECT place to get your local and organic produce.

5: Get everyone involved in your Sunday prep. Get the kids to help you cook up and choose your healthy meals.

6: Go to the pound shop and load up on your tupperwear/lunch boxes so you can prep and take all your food on the go.
