Good morning and welcome to my TIP OF THE DAY.
From time to time, do you suffer from a bloated, puffy, protruding tummy that is as hard as nails, feels uncomfortable …. I did and I thought I had an intolerance to gluten but I don't so I had to become a food detective and work out what was making me bloated. The reason I know I am not intolerant to gluten is because I had a food sensitivity test done
and they found I had an intolerance to eggs (not good on KSFL) plus I LOVE eggs, garlic and avocado. I started to eliminate foods out of my diet, first to go pasta then bread, fruit and cows milk. Back in the day I ate a lot of these foods but now they are treats as these type of foods make me bloated.
