Have you managed to get back into a routine? Have you slipped back into it with ease or found it hard? My week has been really good. I am buzzing as my classes are busy and everyone is raring to go after their summer break. Zumba was my busiest class and I love teaching it.
There is lots going on at Keep Fit with Paula and below are some dates for your
diary.
Xmas Do - Saturday 3 December, venue to be confirmed
Kettlebells - 4 week fitness course starting Wednesday 19 October with a NEW Fitness Instructor called Michelle.
Tummy Tone and Fab Abs will continue to run and start 19 Sept Tummy Tone and 21 Sept Fab Abs. My Tummy Tone and Fab Abs are running at the moment but if you want to jump on until the next course starts you are welcome to
attend.
Card Pass - I sell card passes for my fitness classes or Pilates. Every time you attend class (total of 10) you get your card stamped. Once the card has been stamped 10 times you will get your 11th class free of charge.
12 week Transformation - bookings are coming in for my 12 week Kick Start Fat Loss Xmas Transformation Programme starting 22nd Sept and this will take you to Xmas. This will include a fitness
class per week as well as nutritional advice. If you prefer not to exercise you can attend the talks only and I am also running a six week programme starting on the same day.
