Monday weekly update & charity event Thurs 20 October

Good morning,

On Thursday 20 October I will be teaching Pilates at 10.15 am at Megastars and all money taken will be donated to Survivors of Abuse. This is a nationwide event and Fitness Instructors UK wide will be participating and supporting our fellow friend and work colleague and survivor herself Chris Tuck who is ambassador for this charity.  I hope you can join me.

Below is my weekly update re what is happening at Keep Fit with Paula with Angie, Michelle, Lisa & myself.

Fitness Timetable for October. See below

ZUMBA on a Wednesday evening has been moved to the Torkington Centre for 6 weeks 5/10/16-9/11/16 as the church are running a course. Time remains the same.

Kick Start Fat Loss 6 week Xmas Transformation Programme starting Thursday 3 November £57. This will include a fitness class per week as well as nutritional advice.  If you prefer not to exercise you can attend the talks only £45.

Xmas Do - Saturday 3 December, Stockport County, Edgeley Park, £26.95 3 course meal plus disco.

Kettlebells - 4 week fitness course starts Wednesday with Instructor Michelle 6.15 pm. Booking required.

Dance Fitness with Instructor Lisa at Mega Stars Academy, Newby Rd Ind Est, Hazel Grove, SK7 5DA. Starts Wednesday 6.30 - 7.15 pm. Let me know if you are attending as there have been a number of enquiries.

Thursday morning classes at Torkington Centre, Total Body Challenge & Pilates moving to Mega Stars Academy, Newby Rd Ind Estate, Newby Rd, Hazel Grove. The classes start on Thursday.

Huffys lunch - Thursday 20 October 11.45 am and Xmas Lunch Thursday 8 December 11.45 am. Let me know if you will be attending.

To help & support my friend and fellow Fitpro Chris Tuck with the launch of her charity Survivors of Abuse on world Mental Health Day Oct 10th.

I will be hosting a Pilates fitness session at Mega Stars Academy, Newby Rd, Hazel Grove, SK7 5DA, 10.15 am on Thursday 20 October.

Our session will be part of a Nationwide Fitness Fundraiser where many Fitpro's will be hosting their own fitness event to help & support Chris & S.O.B with it's work. 

The Fitness Industry is uniting together to show how important physical health is on mental health and vice versa on #WMHD All proceeds raised from this session will be donated to S.O.B. via their Justgiving page http://www.justgiving.com/s-o-b

Keep Fit with Paula would like to introduce Michelle Kirwin. Michelle has joined the Keep Fit with Paula team and will be running a 4 week Kettlebells Course starting 19/10/16.
I have attended Michelle's Body Conditioning classes and loved her class and I got a great workout. She is enthusiastic, always has a smile and is a lovely genuine person. She is very popular with her clients and I knew I wanted her to be part of the team and was pleased she accepted.
Keep Fit with Paula would like to introduce Lisa Boxall. Lisa has joined the Keep Fit with Paula team and will be running Dance Fitness starting 19/10/16.

I have been friends with Lisa for 20 years plus and she is the reason I became a Fitness Instructor as she was already teaching in the industry and encouraged me to do it. Lisa's passion is dancing and her classes are always busy. She is warm, caring and you can tell she loves what she does. I am so happy she is part of the team.
