Monday weekly update

Good morning,

Happy Halloween to you all. If you have been to a party over the weekend I hope you have had fun.

I have spent the weekend in Llandudno running a fitness weekend with my colleague Karen.  We had a fantastic time and packed so much into the weekend. We broke the ladies in gently on the Friday afternoon with two classes followed by an evening meal and social time. It was a busy day on Saturday with an early get up/meet at 7.30 am for a walk with myself or a Yoga class with Karen. Everyone turned up.  I tried my new Brainfit class which is a movement/meditation class and this received good feedback. The ladies did have a few hours free time during the afternoon then the evening was the same as Friday but some of us went for a walk as well as the weather all weekend was dry and mild. The sea was like a millpond. Sunday morning started with a walk with Karen or Pilates class with myself followed by more classes and we finished around mid-day.  Karen and I taught Pilates, Yoga, Pilates Balls, KS Extreme, Chair Dance, Fab Abs, Tone & Groan, Total Body Workout and Trigger Point Myofascial Release. The feedback has been truly amazing and one suggestion was two fitness weekends a year.  Karen and I will be meeting soon to discuss 2017 but we have already said we are doing another weekend in Llandudno at the same hotel but need to finalise a date.  I will be posting photos/videos of the weekend on my Facebook personal and business page . You may have already seen some.  The highlight of my weekend was Karen teaching us a routine in her Chair Dance class.  I have never laughed so much. Not sure we looked sexy but it was good fun.  Thank you to all those who attended it was truly amazing and everyone got on really well.That's what made the weekend.

Thank you to all those who attended my Pilates class on Thursday 20 October. I received £33.75 and thank you to those who made an extra donation. All money taken that morning will be donated to Survivors of Abuse. This is a nationwide event and Fitness Instructors UK wide took part in classes to support our fellow friend and work colleague and survivor herself Chris Tuck who is ambassador for this charity.

Fitness Timetable for October. See below

Kettlebells - If you would like to try Kettlebells then you can pay as you go £5. It runs until 9 November.

Ange's Monday class - Yoga has been removed from the timetable but Circuit will still run at the later time of 6.45 - 7.30 pm.

Dance Fitness with Instructor Lisa at Mega Stars Academy. Every Wednesday 6.30 - 7.15 pm. 

YOGA - looking at adding a class to the timetable on a Tuesday evening 6 or 6.45 pm at the Torkington Centre. Can you let me know if you are interested?

Kick Start Fat Loss 6 week Xmas Transformation Programme starting Thursday 3 November £57. This will include a fitness class per week as well as nutritional advice.  If you prefer not to exercise you can attend the talks only £45.

12 Week Transformation Programme starts Thursday 12/1/17.  More details to follow.

Xmas Do - Saturday 3 December, Stockport County, Edgeley Park, £26.95 3 course meal plus disco.

Huffys Xmas lunch - Thursday 8th December 11.45 am. Let me know if you will be attending.

Xmas - Classes will finish on Thursday 22nd December.
