Weekly update - cancellation of classes for December & 2 classes at Torkington Centre on a Thursday

Hi there

Sorry the Monday weekly update is late due to technical problems.

Below you will find my weekly update re what is happening at Keep Fit with Paula with Angie, Lisa & myself plus when we are finishing for Xmas and re-starting in January.

Circuit with Instructor Angie at Woodbank Young People's Centre, Offerton. Monday. 6.45 - 7.30 pm. Last class will be Monday 19th December. Back 9th January 2017.

Zumba & Tummy Tone. Monday at Torkington Centre. Finishing 19th December 2016. Back 9th January 2017.

HIIT - Tuesday evening has finished.  It will re-start on Tuesday 10th January 2017.

Fab Abs, Pilates & Zumba. Wednesday at Norbury Church. Finishing 21st December 2016. Back 4th January 2017.

Dance Fitness with Instructor Lisa at Mega Stars Academy.  Wednesday 6.30 - 7.15 pm. Last class will be Wednesday 7th December. Back 11th January 2017.

Total Body Challenge/Pilates. Thursday mornings at Torkington Centre. Both classes are now running again at the Torkington Centre 9.30 am TBC and 10.15 am Pilates. Last class will be Thursday 22nd December 2016. Back 5th January 2017.

Kick Start Fat Loss 12 week Transformation Programme starting Thursday 12 January 2017.  This will include a fitness class per week as well as nutritional advice.  If you book before 30th December the price is £117 or after £137. If you prefer not to exercise you can attend the talks only £96.

12 Day Online KSFL Xmas Party Prep Plan price £37 or £27 if booked before midnight on 30th November 2016.

Huffys Xmas lunch - Thursday 8th December 11.45 am. Let me know if you will be attending.

Fitness weekend - 22 - 24 September 2017. 7 places gone already. More details to follow.
