Weekly update - classes on this week starting Wed 4/1/17

Good evening

Well it was back to work for me today.  Are you back at work or are you off with the children as most of them are not in until next week? I hope you are all well and ready to get back on track.  On the plus side it is a short week. Classes start again tomorrow evening. More information below.  Let's start 2017 with a bang and get our fitness back on track.

Wednesday - Norbury Church, 6.15 pm Fab Abs, 7 pm Pilates and 8 pm Zumba.

Thursday - Torkington Centre, 9.30 am Total Body Challenge and 10.15 am Pilates. 

Thursday evening - Norbury Church, 6.15 pm Pilates. 

Kick Start Fat Loss 12 week Transformation Programme starting Thursday 12 January 2017.  This will include a fitness class per week as well as nutritional advice.
