Hope you are well and had a good weekend. My nana was 96 on Friday. She is totally amazing and we were discussing her reaching 100 and her receiving a card from the Queen and she said she wasn't that bothered because the Queen probably
didn't write it anyway. I do love her sense of humour and she is such an amazing woman.
Below is my weekly update re what is happening at Keep Fit with Paula with Angie, Lisa & myself as well as the weekly Fitness Timetable for January 2017.
Circuit Training - Every Monday 6.45 pm. Why not try Angie's class and get your first class free or bring a friend
and receive a free class.
HIIT on a Tuesday - the time is now 6.45 pm.
Zumba on a Wednesday until 15th Feb inclusive is at the Torkington Centre not at Norbury Church due to a church function.
Dance Fitness - Every Wednesday 6.30 pm. Why not try Lisa's class and get your first class free or bring a friend and receive a free class.
Huffys lunch - our next lunch date is Thursday 16 February 11.45 am. Let me know if you will be joining us.
