Weekly update

Apologies for the lateness of this newsletter. It was written this morning but then Aweber had problems so I couldn't send it.

Good morning,

How are you on another Monday morning? It's Blue Monday today so stay positive and focused.

Yesterday I spent the day in Birmingham at the annual Kick Start Fat Loss Conference. I can't believe where the time goes as I started in September 2012. The talks were amazing. We had Phil Richards who is one of the world's best experts on fatloss and health and as usual he gave us new information and I was totally blown away.  I will be bringing this information to my clients on all my KSFL programmes. We know at KSFL it is not just about the right foods we are putting in our body and being given an exercise programme to follow it goes beyond that and yesterday was very interesting re hormones and if they are not balanced then your weight loss may not be effective particularly for ladies on HRT (that's me) and the contraceptive pill.  Rachel Holmes who is the creator of KSFL is already preparing talks/videos for my next 12 week Transformation Programme starting in April.

​​​​​​​Below you will find my weekly update re what is happening at Keep Fit with Paula with Angie, Lisa & myself as well as the weekly Fitness Timetable for January 2017.

Circuit Training - Every Monday 6.45 pm. Why not try Angie's class and get your first class free or bring a friend and receive a free class.

HIIT on a Tuesday - the time has now changed to 6.45 pm.

Zumba on a Wednesday until 15th Feb inclusive is at the Torkington Centre not at Norbury Church due to a church function.

Dance Fitness - Every Wednesday 6.30 pm. Why not try Lisa's class and get your first class free or bring a friend and receive a free class.

Huffys lunch - our next lunch date is Thursday 16 February 11.45 am. Let me know if you will be joining us.
