Good morning,
I can't believe January is almost over. How quickly has that gone? If you have made New Year Resolutions are you still sticking to them? A large percentage of the population have given up already. For me I want to start meditating. I have
done it before but trying to get into a routine with it and trying to get back into walking. There are so many beautiful walks on my doorstep so I want to take advantage to get out and about. The only time I am walking is going to/from school and I find it helps clear my mind so on Saturday I was out of the house at 8.30 am with my friend Lucy who took me to Lyme Park. The weather was awful as it rained the whole time but I absolutely loved it and felt so much better for it. As
we climbed we couldn't see much as the visibility was poor. I actually slept better that night. Re the meditation I have downloaded an App called Headspace and did my first meditation last night before bed as I find when I hit that pillow my mind is all over the place. I enjoyed it and will see how it goes.
