Have you tried Meditation?
I have downloaded an app called Headspace and trying this. You meditate for 10 minutes and find a time suitable for you. I am doing this before
bed but a lot of people I know meditate upon rising.
Anxiety is so very common these days and getting your nutrition on point can really help.
